This premium grooming salon served residents of a single district in Moscow. Before the campaign, it lacked a steady flow of new clients, had low visibility on map and listing platforms, and relied on word of mouth in a limited way.

What I Did

  • Launched local paid campaigns within a 5 km radius and segmented audiences by pet breed and interests;

  • Used before-and-after creatives, short videos, and process-focused stories, supported by a special offer: “Book now and get a gift for your pet”;

  • Built a partnership system with pet-friendly cafés and restaurants, including coupons, cross-promotion on social media, giveaways, and story placements;

  • Set up and optimised listings across map and review platforms, including photos, keyword tags, calls to action, and review management;

  • Maintained fast client communication on listing platforms to address negative feedback and encourage positive reviews.
